The
Russian and Chinese diplomacy is at its peak, as more and more flexibility and
soft power to touch the countries needs. The Cold War 2.0 is completely
different in concepts as Cold War 1.0 is fought on concepts of “Power” and “Strictness”
Cold War 2.0 is fought on the concepts of flexibilities and opportunities. These
concepts are supported by:
- Defense Agreements
- Economic Agreements
With these
two points, China and Russia provided flexibility to join their block. The counterpart
is the USA, with a little flexibility and very strict if anyone wants to join
the Western block. The West and the USA also announced financial and economic incentives very late. In the last 20 years, the USA was busy waging wars, and
China and Russia were busy restoring their energy and expanding economically. The
wars drained the USA’s economy and a lot of waste of time retained the USA and
allies to many steps behind from China and Russia.
